All Means All!

Heb. 9:12...His own blood, having found and secured a COMPLETE redemption - an everlasting release for us. - There is an old hymn I sang growing up, "Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe, sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow." Through the precious shed blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, you and I have an entire, full, to the greatest extent, total, whole and perfect redemption. It covers every area of our lives. He left nothing out. The next time the enemy tries to tell you you'll never be free in an area, apply the blood that paid the price for it ALL!

He Knows Everything About You

1Jn. 3:20 Whenever our hearts make us feel guilty and remind us of our failures, we know that God is much greater and more merciful than our conscience, and He knows everything there is to know about us. - So often, the devil will use guilt, accusations of unworthiness, failure, shame, and condemnation to try to make us believe that we are the lowest of the low. God, on the other hand, sees beyond our moment of sin. He knows the very worst that is in us, and yet chooses to shower us with love, mercy, and His acceptance. He extends to us His grace through His heart of great love.

Ebrace Truth!

Jn. 8:32 Jesus said, "For if you embrace the truth, it will release more freedom into your lives."  - The Greek word for "truth" is "reality." The amount of freedom, you and I will walk in, is dependent upon the amount of truth we embrace. What truth? It's the truth or reality about Who Jesus is, who we are in Him and what belongs to us through the work of the cross. There are "redemptive realities" that cannot be altered or done away with no matter what may be our belief system or the traditions of men. True freedom comes when we embrace God's Word and allow the Holy Spirit to shed light on all areas of our redemption.

Don't Be Distracted!

Matt. 24:44 "So always be ready, alert, and prepared, because at an hour when you're not expecting Him, the Son of Man will come." - Jesus is likening His return to an unsuspecting homeowner, who has no clue that a robber is going to break into his home. He gives us the warning, "Be ready!, Be alert!, Be prepared!" Now is not the time for you and I to be distracted by the things of this world. Don't let the thief in.

You Have Endless Life!

Jn. 4:14..."If anyone drinks the living water I give them, they will never thirst again and will be forever satisfied! For when you drink the water I give you it becomes a gushing fountain of the Holy Spirit, springing up and flooding you with endless life!" - You and I have within us a "Living Fountain" of endless life, peace, health, cleansing and overflowing joy. The Greek verb "hallomenou" actually describes the activity of the Holy Spirit within us as a "springing up." We used to sing a little song that said, "Spring up oh well within my soul, spring up oh well and make me whole. Spring up oh well and give to me that life abundantly." Proverbs declares that with our tongue we draw up from the wells of salvation. Begin to praise, worship and declare the goodness of God and release the gushing fountains within you.

Don't Go It Alone

Heb. 2:18 He suffered and endured every test and temptation, so that He can help us every time we PASS THROUGH the ordeals of life. - You've probably heard the saying, "No man's is an island." In other words we were not created to isolate ourselves and try to "do life" without God. We, as Christ-like-ones, have been given the Helper. The good news is that He dwells right on the inside of us. We don't have to try to make an appointment to see Him, wait until He has time, deal with it until He can get us in. No! We can call upon Him day or night. When Peter was sinking in the water, the moment he cried out for help, Jesus stretched forth His hand to save him. Don't go it alone, cry out for help, and you will find that you will PASS THROUGH the ordeals of this life, the temptations, test and trials and arrive safely on the victory side.

Squeaky Clean

Heb. 3:12 So search your hearts every day, my brothers and sisters, and make sure that none of you has evil or unbelief hiding within you. For it will lead you astray. - In our daily routines, (hopefully) we take the time to brush our teeth, clean our body, comb our hair and put on clean cloths. We expend time, energy and finances to keep our outer man looking and smelling good. How much more should we take the time to, daily, clean and clear our hearts. If we are not cautious, little offenses, hurts, compromises, disobedience's, judgements of other, gossip, doubt and unbelief will creep in. Often times we will even justify these things and fail to see just how deadly they are to our walk of faith. This scripture declares that it will lead us astray. It only takes a moment to clear out the junk so you are squeaky clean inside and out!

Anaphylactic Shock

Is. 54:17 - No weapon formed against you shall prosper...Anaphylactic shock is a severe, rapid and many times fatal allergic reaction to some sort of substance. It might be a type of food, drug, or even a venomous bug bite, such as a bee sting. You may have heard of an individual going into anaphylactic shock after eating some food item that had peanuts or shellfish hidden within it. The devil is always trying to sneak up on us as believers. He wants to, hide deadly things within relationships, habits, entertainment and things we feed on in the arena of our flesh and soul. We have to be aware that these are dangerous weapons that are meant to destroy our lives. Medically, to counter act this allergic reaction a person needs to receive a shot of epinephrine. Spiritually, a person needs to apply the Precious Blood of Jesus on a daily basis. No hidden weapon of the enemy will prosper against the believer who will live under the power of the Blood.

Faith Unlocks Great Authority!

Matt. 21:22 - Everything you pray for with the fullness of faith, you will receive. - How are you and I going to operate in this "fullness of faith?" How will we know if what we are asking for or praying about will be something that will be in line with God's will for our lives? The only way to know is to spend time with the One Who knows. God's Word is His will for every area of our lives. You and I can have ever increasing faith, the kind of faith that knows that it knows. Faith that will lay hold of the promises of God and not let go. Faith that will move obstacles out of its way. Faith that will change circumstances, heal our bodies, and cause us to overcome. Jesus taught, that if "faith's fullness" lives in us, we can speak to this physical realm and things will change.

When All Around You Is Shaking

Is. 54:10 For though the mountains should depart and the hills be shaken or removed, yet My love and kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace and completeness be removed, says the Lord, Who has compassion on you. - Seems like there's a whole lot of shaking going on in the lives of believers. Not only is this a sign of the times before the return of Christ, but it also is bringing us to a place where the "rubber meets the road." Either we truly believe that this life of faith is real, or we don't. Pressure on a lump of coal causes it to become a diamond. Pressures of life will show our true colors. Will we cave or will we stand? Will we declare victory in the face of impossible situations, or will we speak defeat and failure?
