You Have Full Rights And Privileges!

Gal. 3:26 For you who are born-again have been reborn from above - spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified and are all children of God set apart for His purpose with full rights and privileges through faith in Christ Jesus. - When I took my husbands name in marriage, I automatically received full rights and privileges to all that belonged to him. In a sense, I became him. I have legal access to all that belongs to him. This is a simple picture of the exchange that takes place when a person becomes a child of God. You become one with your Heavenly Father through your union with Christ. You have access to ALL that belongs to Him. You now have legal rights to healing, provision, deliverance, peace, joy, and ALL that is wrapped up and paid for by the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross. It's yours, just reach out and take it!

Quit Looking At Your Flaws

Rm. 5:1 Our faith in Jesus transfers God's righteousness to us and He now declares us flawless in His eyes. - The word "flawless" means without any blemishes or imperfections, perfect, without any mistakes or shortcomings. Through our faith in Jesus there is a transference of our Holy God's righteousness to us. Wow! Stop and think about that. Grace declares that you and I are righteous, right now, no matter what we've done or ever will do. God looks at us through the blood of His Son and sees us as flawless. You and I can now enjoy peace and everlasting friendship with God Almighty. My friends, you are "flawless" in the eyes of God! Begin to declare this over your life, "I am flawless because of my faith in Jesus and His precious blood has made me righteous!"

Doubt's A Thief

Mark 6:5,6 He (Jesus) was unable to do any great miracle in Nazareth, except to heal a few sick people by laying His hands upon them. He was amazed at the depth of their unbelief. Jesus' own hometown of Nazareth is the only place recorded in the Gospels that He was unable to do any miracles. Yes, He touched a few folks with minor ailments, but because of their unbelief He could do no notable miracles. Doubt is a thief and it will rob us of God's highest and best for our lives. Jn. 10:10 describes what a thief does, he steals, kills and destroys. Satan is a thief and he will attack every area of our lives including our health, finances, relationships, our minds, in order to get us to doubt God's Word and His will for us. The cure for doubt is to feed upon the promises of God, believe and then receive them as His perfect will. Run doubt out with the truth of God's Word!

A Living And Growing Seed

1 Peter 1:23 For through the living and eternal Word of God you have been born again. And this "seed" that is planted within you can never be destroyed but will live and grow inside you forever...Where I live in Bozeman, Montana there is the Museum of The Rockies. Part of the museum is a beautiful restored home that dates back over 100 yrs. They also have a garden that has seeds from that era as well. They are continually propagating and protecting these seeds so they can keep their historical value. You and I have an "eternal seed" within us that cannot be destroyed by weather, insects or blight. This "seed" will grow and flourish as we continually feed it by reading, speaking and believing the Word of God.

Your Attitude And Your Health Are Related

Prov. 14:30 A sound heart is life to the body, but envy is rottenness to the bones. Medical science has proven that a person who is full of strife, stress, unforgiveness, jealousy, fear, and anger all have a negative effect on our physical health. On the other hand, a tranquil, clam, peaceful mind will bring health to our bodies. If you find yourself dealing with continual or chronic ailments, maybe its time to check up on your heart attitudes

Have Persistent Faith

1 Jn. 5:4,5 For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world - our continuing, persistent faith in Jesus the Son of God. Who is the one who is victorious and overcomes the world? It is the one who believes and recognizes the fact that Jesus is the Son of God. To walk in the victory that belongs to us, means that we have to be consistent and persistent in our faith. Faith pleases God and our faith will keep us in the place of continual victory no matter what the challenge.

How Short Is Your Fuse?

Prov. 14:17 An impulsive person has a short fuse and can ruin everything, but the wise show self-control. Are you quick-tempered and short on patience? Do you respond before you think? Does it seem that people, traffic, delays, unfulfilled expectations of others, and disappointments push your buttons? Well, if so, I have a word for you - self-control. Upon salvation, each and every believer has been given the nine fruit of the Spirit. One of those fruit is self-control. Yup! We all have them, but, you and I are the ones that are responsible to develop and grow them. This means when tempted to let someone have a piece of your mind, you don't. Every time you yield to self-control it grows. The more you grow, the longer your fuse becomes. Pretty soon you will notice the things that once bothered you no longer push your buttons.

The Finishing Touches

Phil. 1:6 I pray with great faith for you, because I'm fully convinced that the One Who began this glorious work in you will faithfully continue the process of maturing you and will put His finishing touches to it until the unveiling of our Lord Jesus Christ. You, my dear ones, are God's masterpiece, His handy work, His prized possession. He is the Master Designer, Who is sculpting and forming and molding you into His Glorious image. His eye for design is flawless and as He looks at you He knows exactly how to shape you so that you look more and more like Him. As you yield under the Masters hand, He will complete you and add His finishing touches, to make you what He designed you to be.

You Are A World Conqueror!

1 Jn. 5:4,5 You see, every child of God overcomes the world, for our faith is the victorious power that triumphs over the world. So who are the world conquerors, defeating its power? Those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. In the Greek this word conqueror denotes a continues action. You and I, who believe that Jesus is the Son of God, share in His continuous victory. Declare today, that you have already conquered any adversity, any situation, any hindrance because of your faith in the One Who overcame it all! See yourself as a World Conqueror!

Through It All

Ps. 121:3 He will guard and guide me, never letting me stumble or fall. God is my keeper, He will never forget nor ignore me. Sometimes we feel all alone. Perhaps no one knows the extent of the sadness, loneliness, or despair we are experiencing. People rush by every day, yet they do not hear the silent cry of our heart. But, dear friends, there is One Who knows and will not ignore or abandon you. I know the pain of being alone, in the dark, after the death of my daughter Lyndsy. I know the utter suffocation of depression as it closes in on you. I know the devastating outcome of divorce and the trauma that brings to your children and loved ones. Yet, through it all, I've learned that there is One Whom I can put my trust and total reliance in. His Name is Jesus! He has NEVER failed me yet.
