1 Tim. 6:12 Amp. Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold of the eternal life to which you were summoned and for which you confessed the good confession of faith before many witnesses. In our legal system, when you receive a summons in the mail or in person, you are required to appear. It is not something you can just disregard or there will be serious legal consequences. As a Believer, you are summonsed to fight the good fight of faith. You have been given a mandate from heaven to stand your ground. You have the authority, the command, and the legal right to represent the King of Kings.
