Give Him Your All

Ps. 116:12 "What will I give to the Lord in return for all His benefits towards me? How can I repay Him for His precious blessings?" - All the riches this world has to offer combined, cannot begin to repay all that God has done for us. In fact, He already owns the wealth in every land. What can we give Him that will show how grateful we are for all that He has done? We can give Him our lives, surrendering all to Him. We can sell out to Him, holding nothing back. Give Him your all!

There's Power In The Blood

Quote by Mark Hankins - When the blood is applied by faith, the devil cannot stir up that mess from your past and make it active again. If you want to keep it in remission, you need to get up every morning saying, "The just shall live by faith and my faith is in the blood of Jesus. When the blood was shed, I was forgiven. I am redeemed, I am set free. The curse is broken; I am healed, I have access to God, and I have found the meeting place. I can meet with God through faith in the blood. Who Are You Flirting With?

Jm. 4:4 TPB Don't you know that flirting with the world's values places you at odds with God? Whoever chooses to be the world's friend makes himself God's enemy. The "world's values" refers to the mind-set, philosophies of life, and priorities that run contrary to the will and ways of God. The world says that success in life requires you to ignore or turn away from a relationship with God. But, true life is only found in our relationship with God. The only way to combat the pull of this world's system and values is to renew or transform our minds with the Word of God. Through the Holy Spirit's power, our minds are renewed and we gain overcoming victory over the world.

Just Open Your Mouth!

Jer. 1:9 Then the Lord put forth His hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord said to me: "Behold, I have put my words in your mouth..." - Many times we are intimidated to speak to others about our faith in God, especially if we are in an environment where most are non-believers. God will provide opportunities for us to share the Good News, but we have to open our mouth. One word from God can change a persons life. Fill your heart with His Word, meditate and study His truth and when the opportunity presents itself you will have the right word in due season. Verse 8 says, "Don't be afraid of their faces, for I am with you..." Don't be afraid, God will fill your mouth!

Go To The One The Knows

Ps. 139:3,4 TPB You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I'm about to speak before I even start a sentence! You know every step I will take before my journey even begins. - We have a God Who knows us better than we know ourselves. Nothing is hidden from Him. Not our past, our present, or our future. There is nothing we have ever done or ever will do that He does not know. Why then, do we endeavor to handle life's situations on our own? Do we think we know better than our All Knowing God? Let's save ourselves a lot of heartache and run to the One who knows everything!

Life's A Gift

Jn. 3:16 TPB For this is how much God loved the world - He gave His One and Only, Unique Son as a Gift. So now everyone who believes in Him will never perish but experience everlasting life. Did you know that you are made an eternal being? The real you will never die. So I want to ask you, where are you going to live out your eternal life? There is a very real heaven and there is a very real hell. You may not believe this to be true, but friend, to risk your eternal destination on the chance that it is not, is foolish. You will live on forever and only you can choose your home. God's love is reaching out to you through these simple words today and He is saying, "Choose Me, choose heaven!" It's as easy as saying, "Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God. I believe you died to save me from my sin. I ask You to forgive me. I receive you now as my Lord and Savior, in Jesus Name Amen!"

He Can Handle Your Load!

Ps. 68:19 Amp. - Blessed be the Lord, Who bears our burden day by day, The God Who is our Salvation! Selah. - When constructing a home or building, a builder will put up walls to suit the size and needs of the client. In this process, there are certain walls that bear the weight of the roof, they are called "load bearing." Without these "load bearing" walls the structure would not be able to handle the massive weight of the roof. You and I have "load bearing" walls in our lives spiritually speaking. Our Heavenly Father wants to bear the weight of all of the issues we face in life no matter how big or how small. We are His temple, His structure and He can handle any load. The One Who holds the world in the palm of His hand can surely handle your load.

He Will Never Fail

Is. 30:18 Amp. Therefore the Lord waits expectantly and longs to be gracious to you, And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; Blessed, happy, fortunate are all those who long for Him since He will never fail them. - What a wonderful thing it is to know that our God sees us through such eyes of love, that He is waiting and longing to be gracious and compassionate to us. He is not the stern, angry God that many picture Him to be. As you go throughout your day, remember that your Abba Father, waits and longs to do good to you. He will not fail you for He is gracious, loving and compassionate towards you.

Extravagant Mercy!

1 Peter 1:3 TPB - Celebrate with praises the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has shown us His extravagant mercy. For His fountain of mercy has given us a new life - we are reborn to experience a living, energetic hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. - As we prepare to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus let us not forget the extravagant mercy shown to us by our Awesome, Loving God. It is only by His mercy that we are saved from eternal damnation. His mercy is so extravagant that it belongs to every human being on the face of the planet, simply for their excepting and receiving it. His extravagant mercy has made a way for you and I to be forgiven, cleansed, healed, delivered, victorious and to live with the hope of spending eternity with Him.

Don't Go Back!

Gal. 5:1 Let me be clear, the Anointed One has set us free - not partially, but completely and wonderfully free! We must always cherish this truth and stubbornly refuse to go back into the bondage of our past. - Does the past have your number? Does it call to you at the most inopportune times? Does it show you all the pictures and memory's of both the good and the bad times, either bringing desires now silenced, or longings for the way it used to be? We are free from the past and it is up to you and I to refuse to walk back into what Jesus Christ has redeemed us from. A person who constantly looks in the rear view mirror will crash, that's why its so small. You don't want to be looking back, you want to look forward to all that God has for you. Don't pick up the phone when the past is calling, delete the number with the blood of Jesus!
