2 Cor. 4:9 We are persecuted by others but God has not forsaken us. We may be knocked down, but not out. Life can be cruel. It can be overwhelming and bring great tests of our faith. We may even face harsh criticism and unfair treatment from others. It hurts! Our trust must rely completely in the One Who promised to never leave us. Consider the treatment of our Lord at the hands of those who just moments before were praising Him. Through it all, He got back up, and because of Him you and I can do the same.
