Phil. 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. When you are tempted to worry and have stress or anxiety over something, especially something out of your control, turn that worry and anxiety into thankful praise. You can fret, worry and complain about your situation and nothing will change. Or, you can begin to thank God that He is your Provider, Healer, Deliverer, Peace and Joy. This will release His wonder working power into the situation. Having a grateful, thankful heart is a magnet for God to do a miracle, by drawing His power and anointing right to you. Being thankful in the midst of the storms of life will also calm your soul. So if you are tempted to be anxious right now, just commit it to God. Determine to only speak words of praise and thanksgiving over the situation and watch God work on your behalf.
