Matt. 16:15,16 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Who do people, close to you, say you are? Are you Tom the son of Betty and Joe? Are you that guy who is not very trustworthy, never on time, and has a bad attitude? Who do they say you are? Are you Kathy the drama queen? Flakey, a hot head, and selfish? Who do they say you are? Jesus knew who He was and His actions, attitude, demeanor, words and purpose all revealed to those closest to Him, that this guy is the Son of the Living God. Wow! So, maybe your reputation doesn't point out to others that you are a child of the Living God. Maybe they don't know that you believe in Jesus. Maybe what you portray is not who you really are. Maybe there was a time that there was no doubt in anyone's mind who you were, but you've kind of let that go. It's never to late to change. You have the Greater One living inside of you and all you have to do is let Him out. Begin to allow who you really are to be seen by others. It may take you getting alone with God and spending quality time talking with Him to start the process. There is no time like the present.
