Rm. 8:26 The Holy Spirit ...bears us up in our weakness. We all have weaknesses in one area or another and often times these weaknesses cause us to try cover them up by being someone we are not. We portray a false image of ourselves in order to keep others from seeing our frailties. Our weaknesses can even cause us to dislike and even hate ourselves. This is not who God wants us to be. God says that when we are weak He is strong. Giving our weaknesses to Him enables Him to release His strength and power into our lives. Face it, if you could have changed that area of your life, you would have already done it. When you and I realize that the same power that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us, our weaknesses don't stand a chance. Declare today, "I AM STRONG IN THE LORD AND THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT!" Quit trying to overcome in your own human strength and will power, let the Holy Spirit bear you up.
