2 cor. 5:18,19 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Did you know that God's not mad at the world? He's not mad at the man or woman who hasn't yet made Him the Lord of their lives. He has paid the price for all humanity to be reconciled or restored to a right relationship with Him, through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. God, Himself, was was in Christ Jesus, taking care of the sin issue, which separates mankind from Him. God's not mad at the drug addict, the prostitute, the homosexual, the murderer, the thief, or the adulterer. He wants them to know that He canceled the debt, wiped their slate clean, and has delivered them from the grip of sin. How will they know unless someone tells them? That's where you and I come in. We have been given the ministry of telling people that God's not mad at them and that He loves them. Tell someone this week the "Good News", they are already forgiven, all they have to do is believe in their heart and confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord!
