What's In Your Mouth?

Prov.10:11,19,20,31,32 The mouth of the righteous is a well of life...he who restrains his lips is wise. The lips of the righteous feed many. The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable. Have you ever seen an old time well where you had to let the bucket down in order to draw up water? This is the picture we have of our spirit, representing the well, and our tongue, representing the bucket. With our tongue we can draw up those deep things of God that we have been sowing into our heart. We can draw up divine healing, prosperity, love, and an encouraging word to someone in due season. With our lips we can feed others from the bounty of God's goodness that is deep within the well of our heart. Oh how sweet it is to listen to someone who is a deep well of knowledge, understanding, and the wise counsel of God. Encouragement and refreshing come from being with someone who knows how to draw from the well of life. Are you a deep well of cool, refreshing life giving water, or have you allowed your well to be stopped up with the dirt, rocks, and talk of the world? What's in your mouth?
