Good morning! Eph. 4:26,27 When angry, do not sin; do not ever let your wrath, your exasperation, your fury or indignation, last until the sun goes down. Leave no such room or foothold for the devil, give no opportunity to him. Let's face it, there are times when we all get angry. Someone mistreats us or says things that are not true about us. Life hands us one challenge after another. Things don't go the way we expected. People we love and trust let us down. If we are not cautious this anger, if not dealt with, will fester on the inside of us. One thing after another will add to the frustration and before we know it everything makes us mad. This is why the Lord tells us to deal with it before the sun goes down. Anger is a tool that the enemy uses to drive people to do things that they normally wouldn't do. Anger cause people to say and do things that after the rage has ceased, they regret. Yes, we all will deal with being angry from time to time, but it is what you do with it that counts. Anger left unchecked will lead to sin either with your thoughts, words, or actions. Decide to deal quickly with your anger and I guarantee you will sleep better.
